We are proud of Arkansas and love to promote bicycling here. The staff of Pedal The Ridge loves cycling and the outdoors and we often participate in other events locally (Jonesboro, Arkansas also has a very active cycling community) and in neighboring states.
Please see some area events, below, that we suggest. If you are an event director and want to promote your event, please feel free to Contact Us for more information.
Before you leave, don't forget to register for this year's Pedal The Ridge, here.
Tour de Corn, in East Prairie, Missouri began in 2001. Today, more than 1000 riders participate in the event--along with over 100 volunteers. The ride has become a local event, with the town streets lined with well wishers cheering the riders on. The staff of Pedal The Ridge has been participating in this ride for the last ten years. Check them out at www.tourdecorn.com. This year's ride is scheduled for June 24th. This ride is only about 90 minutes from Paragould, Arkansas and has become a huge cycling event in our area.
The triathlon is located on Holiday Island, just a few minutes from downtown Eureka Springs. The finish line for the biking and running events are the same place each day. The finish line is located in the heart of the city on historic Main Street in front of the Eureka Springs City Courthouse.
